Responsibilities:

Content & Creatives
-
Plan and maintain a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Create images, posters, carousels, reels/shorts, and short video clips that highlight our projects, services, and client outcomes.

Repurpose content across platforms in the right format (Reels, Stories, Posts, Shorts, etc.).

Coordinate with the founders/tech team to convert technical work into simple, engaging content.
Account & Page Management

Manage day-to-day activity on all social media accounts (posting, basic community engagement, updating bios/links).

Ensure consistent brand voice, colours, and messaging across all platforms.

Monitor comments, basic DMs, and engagement, and escalate potential leads to the sales/founder.
Ads & Campaigns (Meta + Google + YouTube)

Set up and manage ad campaigns in Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads) including:

Defining campaign objectives (traffic, leads, reach, brand awareness).

Setting up audiences (location, interests, lookalikes where applicable).
-
Setting budgets, durations, and placements.
-
Uploading creatives and writing basic ad copy.

Help in setting up and monitoring Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns with the senior team, including:

Basic keyword/input research and campaign structuring support.

Uploading creatives and tracking performance of key campaigns.

Track key metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, engagement, basic lead data) and share simple performance reports with suggestions.
Collaboration

Work closely with the web and AI teams to understand new launches, features, and client projects to turn them into content and campaigns.

Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in social media marketing / digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience (even basic) with Meta Business Suite for running Facebook & Instagram ads.
- Exposure to Google Ads / YouTube Ads setup or strong willingness to learn fast.
- Comfortable using tools like Canva / Figma / Photoshop for creatives and basic video editing tools for reels/shorts.
- Strong written English and understanding of how to grab attention with hooks, captions, and visuals.
- Interest in tech, software, websites, and AI is a big plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation Range: $100,000 – $145,000 base (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
