Responsibilities:
- Set up hosting/server, install WordPress, and configure chosen themes.
- Build and customise pages using Elementor (layouts, sections, responsive design).
- Install and configure plugins for forms, SEO, security, caching, and backups.
- Implement payment gateway integration, contact forms, enquiry forms, and basic e-commerce (if needed).
- Add categorising and filtering for products, services, or blog posts.
- Make front-end changes using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for animations, effects, etc.).
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, basic speed optimisation, and on-page SEO best practices.
- Work closely with content/graphics team to place images, banners, and animations properly.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in WordPress development (freelance or agency experience is also okay).
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress + Elementor.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Familiarity with plugins for security, SEO, forms, and payment gateways (e.g., WooCommerce, Razorpay/Stripe integrations, etc.).
- Basic understanding of website security and performance optimisation.
- A small portfolio of websites you’ve built or customised.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation Range: $100,000 – $145,000 base (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
