Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a list of potential clients from target industries and geographies.
- Make cold calls to introduce our services and set up discovery/intro calls with the founder or senior team.
- Send cold emails using templates and also customise them slightly based on the client’s profile.
- Follow up with interested leads over phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the marketing/content team to share client requirements and feedback.
- Maintain a simple lead sheet with status updates and notes.
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development (B2B or services preferred).
- Comfortable speaking confidently on calls and writing clear, polite emails.
- Good communication skills in English (and Hindi/Telugu is a plus).
- Basic understanding of software / websites / IT services, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Self-driven, persistent, and disciplined with follow-ups.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation Range: $100,000 – $145,000 base (excluding potential incentives). This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
